A vid from a run out at the sand dunes after some heavy rain, fresh water everywhere to play!

With side windows off, the car got pretty wet, gotta love the ease of plug holes from factory

Default Aarons Jeep, Wheeling 35s, Snow trip pics

Some recent shots of the snow, and Wheeling on 35s, going really well.

I used ocean and earth roof racks, worked so well, also the normal wind problem the soft top has with 100kms plus driving, was so much better with a few snowboards strapped to the roof..

I was going to ask if it was your TJ I saw in the main car park at Perisher Valley last week but by the time I scrolled to the bottom, your photos answered the question!

Despite everyone's concerns about tall rigs with a very 'square' wheelbase, I've been pleasantly surprised at how my TJ copes with the drive to work on the snowy and icy roads each day.

Great rig - well done!

Hope you had fun while you were in the resort!

Do them up real tight by using a screw driver through the hole and crank them up.
Should deter thieves enough unless they have vice like hands or are dead set on stealing them opposed to opportunity thieves. Had my on the front bar like this for 8 years, never lost one yet.

Hey mate, yeh i saw ur jeep, and your Ausjeep Sticker, very nice also, it was freezing cold monday, but made people wait while i went n checked out ur jeep, i think you were parked only a few spots behind me, anyway, Your staying at the Station? saw ur jeep there also lol.

Monday when it was snowing on the way up, i was behind a cop nissan patrol, it was all over the road, went past him kinda fishtailing past as he was driving so slow, in Rwd, (tho in 4wd it handled really well...)

The snow was awesome for only say 1 metre of the white gold, it was powder heaven (for Aus anyway) monday for alot of the day. Anway great trip, will be down there again soon

(i was wondering, is there any good spots to go deep snow wheeling that people know about in the snowy mountains

My Jeep was parked down at Skitube.... Staff are required to take the train during the School holidays and the weekends during peak periods

I do also actually live out at the Station in a management house out there but they're tucked away behind all of the seasonal accommodation on the other side of the road from the guest accommodation so you'd have to really be wandering out of your way to have seen my jeep down there.

I didn't see the other jeep parked behind you but I am often guilty of finding time through my day to wander through the carpark checking out rigs.

If you're heading down in the future shoot me a pm. I can't help with tickets but I'm good for a beer when you get back to the station at night!

There's not a lot of legal options for deep snow wheeling around here. There's been a few late night escapades out towards Davies Plain and some private land known as Snowy Plains but that's about it.

Glad you enjoyed your time here!
