Default How to: 2.7 CRD Turbocharger removal?
Did anyone remove the turbocharger of the 2.7L Crd?
Any hints for a proper approach?

Pop the downpipe clamp off with a large screwdriver. The turbine is attached with some bracket to the engine mount. Apart from that it should be straightforward, 3 bolts on the flange, oil feed and oil return.

That hint was good as tits on a boar…
Or maybe for kids who can not read good. It all in the manual…

I don‘t have that spring loaded clamp, was looking for a proper way or tool to approach the lower turbo nuts way more easily. Maybe I should have asked directly for it. Only those who played with the turbo know about the difficulty to reach.
