Ah ok, my LPG ring is inside the rubber intake elbow so I might try and fit it up. I never thought that it would have run into clearance issues, but then again everything under the bonnet has clearance issues.

As long as you can create a vortex it doesn't really matter how you achieve it. I might look in to some other options like yours so I can again run a TB spacer and maybe bore out the TB.

Paid $350 labour for someone else to install a new trans adapter seal. Turns out only the seal was buggard, therefore no speedy sleeve required. Also found out I could have used grease on the seal instead of vas, which the latter I didn't have. So silly me thought best use trans fluid in case grease mess' with the dx3. Did consider doing the job myself, again but was concerned about there maybe needing a speedy sleeve. What the hell its only money.........
