Default Glass House Mts - wombat holes

Here's a few from the other weekend.

This was the easy bit, the hard sections we don't have time to stop and take photos.

Default Labour Day Qld trip

Here's one photo from the weekend. We were away on the Qld 4x4 Corroboree at Kalbar, just 1 hour 15min out S/W of the Brisbane CBD. There were 200 plus cars there. Most of the trips were very mild except for one called Billy's Jump Up which I did on the last day but no photos sorry. I didn't do the Creek run as I didn't have the clearance over the big bolders but the Commander loved the big rutted hill climb but I must admit I used the winch to drag my BIG diff off a lump of dirt 2/3's of the way up the tricky washed out, dusty and rocky climb. There was a big lifted Patrol there too, he did the Creek run but not the climb. "Horses for courses"
The photo below is from Gordon Country where our club did a day trip on the Sunday

Default Kandanga State Forest

I went out and did a reccie for my 4x4 club's Xmas party trip yesterday in the Kandanga State Forest and founds some new tracks and some amazing scenery. A lot of the tracks hadn't been driven for years and were blocked off by fallen trees and horrible lantarna. Once again too busy driving to take photos but here a nice spot we stopped in for lunch.
