Default 2008 WH 3.0 CRD no start

Hi all,
i have this 2008 WH 3.0 CRD that does not start with P0616
one of the causes could be the starter relay, in Power Distribution Center i can't find the starter relay, can someone help me ?

R11, which is on bottom row in your pic.
Of The 4 smaller relays that are grouped together, it’s the furthered one on the right.

do you know if there is a pump in the diesel tank ?

Yes,
And if you have a problem, it can be a simple fuse.

In your pic on the top row around the middle are the blade fuses. Yellow 20A in the 21 position is your fuel pump.

What exact problems are you having?

small update
relay replaced but the engine does not start
now I double check all the fuses but I'm afraid not to solve .....
the specific problem is the following: after replacing the oil cooler the jeep started regularly and I drove a few kilometers
in the evening off and the next morning the engine did not start anymore .....
do you know which of the two pipes brings the diesel to the filter ?
