Sorry dude but people that do shyt like this, is why it's so hard for us that try to do the right thing.
If it's a trail only rig then cool, but seeing the Cop-bait plates on the front I guess not.

Well as for the flares and wheel spacers he states that he is planning to use his 31s for daily use so no problems there, mud flaps are f'in stupid anyway and are for crybabies. The only reason anyone puts them on is to avoid a sticker.
Drivin with p plates is something every new driver has to do so you cant crucify him for that, at least he is putting them up.
I'm sure If we went over your granddad car we would find things that don't meet ADR standard, almost every modified car has something that doesn't.

Personally I say big ups for having the balls to pull the grinder out and chop it up. although I may not agree with such big offset rims, he will find out soon enough how much it will effect the car.
He's still learning give him credit for trying, and you don't know that he drives it around all that much I wouldn't the first cop to see it would slap a canary on there.

Thank's Kenny, Yeah wheel bearings are still going strong, and as for flares I'll have some soon so you wont be able to see the wavy cuts i have rubber trim around the sharp edges atm, and i have my 31's on most of the time so i don't get hassled by the Boys in Blue.
