So i made a rather large parts order from knowwhere2jeep in october
They emailed me to let me know they were awaiting some of my order and it would be sent to my importer the next week.
This is one order i didnt get...
Gave them a call this morning at 6am
Nice quick call to Pennsylvania to wake me up
They said they have no idea what happened to my order and that they have no tracking order attached
In other words, didnt get sent at all.
Apparently they are sending it again. With free shipping. That ive already paid for.
