Default Cj6 steering kit
G'day all I need a new tie rod, drag link & tie rod ends for a cj6. I checked with morris parts but they informed me that they dont do anything for rhd vehicles & they checked with their manufacturer if the lhd type could be used on a rhd but apparrently not. Was looking at the rugged ridge heavy duty upgrade kit, any suggestions what to use & where to get it. Another idea is I can get a cj7 front diff with disc brakes & steering components both dana 30s will it swap over easily? Thanks Darren

have a look thru the interchangeable parts thread in the early CJ section, there are som part numbers in there, yes the Dana 30, will swap easily, you will need a narrow track, to match your back diff, you will also need to chane your master cyl to suit the disc brakes, and maybe need a proportioning valve, diff ratios will need to be the same.
