Default 2.7 WJ water pump funny noise

Hello.

Was changing the serpentine belt tensioner and belt today, I finally only changed the belt because I was unable to take the tensioner out due to the tight space between fan and pulleys. But I inspected all pulleys before installing the new one. All pulleys seem to work smoothly except the water pump which makes this funny noise:

I can't hear any sound while the engine is running. Also, the tensioner had some shaking that got corrected by the new belt (the old one was slightly longer than the new one), but still shakes a bit:

Is this normal? I don't have any coolant leaks in the system and the water pump seems to be running fine (I'm getting around 100ºC warm engine on a hot summer day under the sun, it winter it never goes above 90ºC). I haven't noticed any play on the pulley but will recheck tomorrow. Is there a reason to worry or is my water pump about to die and leave me stranded?

I would also exchange the coolant pump.
As a fact I did replace the belt, the tensioner, the three pulleys and the coolant pump and the alternator and power steering pump. Also the bearings of the viscous heater.
You don't won't to get stranded in the middle of nowhere, do you?

Even if you have a spare belt, chances are big that one of the pulleys or the tensioner also will disintegrate. And than you have limited time of operation
(overheating) and limited capability of steering and a draining battery- simply you opened a can of worms because of neglected maintenance...

Belt, pulleys and the required bolts are items to be carried as spares. You could even re-use the old belt.
By the way- you either need the T55 Torx or a 17mm ring spanner with a long lever extension as take along tools...

If the pulleys do have the same age as the pump- exchange! Even if not making any noise they will fail. Bearings are not unlimited lifetime items.
