Jk Wrangler - Information

Hey guys, I've spent enough time reading and looking at the JK and now have been in discussions with the dealer about which one to get.

I am finding the sales guy is not all that sure on a lot of the specs and options of the JK, actually he is very unconfident in his sales pitching. In many ways I feel I know more than him from reading these forums.

My wants are quite simple really - an auto with one of the freedom tops - is this called the rennegade/ rubicon then that I want? - The dealer keeps talking about a dual top, but I'm not concerned if I don't get a soft top, so do I ask for just the freedom top?

- Sorry if I sound confused, I would greatly appreciate any one who could help clear me up.

Renegade Pack - $2000 on Wranglers ( 2 door ), $2500 on Wrangler Unlimiteds ( 4 door ).

Includes:

Freedom Top
Soft Top
Side Steps
6 stacker
Premium Audio
Privacy Glass ( late availability - check with dealer or region, or send me the VON if you've already ordered it and I'll check for you ).

Rubicon comes with the Premium Audio standard, but not the stacker.

Renegade Pack is not available on the Rubicon, but the Dual Top Pack is. This consists of the Freedom Top and the Soft Top. It costs the same as the Renegade Packs, strangely. If you want the stacker, it's another $600.
