All back together and running well, engine temps seem to be lower than normal, I just took it for a drive and couldn't get it over 80deg with the airco on, lately it's been running around 87-90deg with the airco off. Bit hard to tell until we get some hot days or I hook up the van and tow it. Can somebody with a crd check and see if the thermo fan is on all the time with the airco switched on or only when needed ,thanks.

Mine only switches on when it seems to be needed. It comes on without the aircon being on too.
