Default Bored T/B

Fitted a bored T/B (thanks Rodgebone, great job ). So now the bored T/B sits above Widodo's spacer (stock dia). Let's see what happens

With a bit of free tubing and a welder i made a roof top basket, rack system for the jeep. took all of 2 days of cutting grinding, welding, painting, drilling and so on. Its still not 100% done, i need to put the sheet metal front on for that aerodynamics haha also the floor 50x50 mesh, and also going to have 5 spotties up on the top too.

heres a quick pic. its all 25mm 1.8mm walled sq tubing. i can stand on the top of it and jump and it doesnt flex, it sits on the main roof rails and also the 2 cross rails so the weight is spread all over the whole roof. i weigh 80kg and thought it would move but it didnt.

Today I welded up my cracked door hinge. Man I wish I had a MIG as using the arc welder for this type of work is not enjoyable...

Next step is to adjust the door straps to not allow the hinge to max out and cause another crack.

new lifters, heads cleaned up and refitted, new gaskets, coolant, oil, Injector #1 wiring, push rods and it started after almost 6 months off the road!! Big job .. but the engine sounds good
