I had to remove my 52" light bar. I noticed the mounts were getting noisy and after my last trip beach fishing the light come lose.

I took out the bolts to use a bit of thread lock only to find out that both the bolts and the internal threads were completely flogged out from the constant movement.

I've ordered a Smittybilt 5x spotlight mount from JeepKonection and will mount the new light bar on that to stop it from happening again.

I love just to mount 5 spotties on the roof but I wouldn't be able to fit it in the garage.

Tested the flex with the new flexy coils and falcon shocks. Had more to go but the brake lines were tight. Will fit longer brake lines.

Added a Ram mount to the right side of the grab rail in my '08. Currently has a phone X clamp & medium length arm on it. I'll probably get an X clamp for a tablet as well.

There is a way of doing it. dom83 used a bracket. I got the idea from him & S.Bartfast in this thread: Grab bar ram mount for MY13

I'm still cleaning out aluminium shavings from the carpet...

Killed my final Dana 30. Went out in spectacular fashion with both Uni’s failing, twisted splines and centre dying.

Have a fully built Dana44 going in this week.
Have been busy doing some other jobs ready to race in 2019 including seats and ticking off those little annoying jobs. Cage goes in around November after the next few social drives.

Wow! 3 in one! That's impressive!

Sort of a chicken/egg question as to which ones failed first, though...
