Nah,31,s at this stage,i,ll get more lift down the track and having 4.10,s won,t be much chop if i go up a tyre size cause i,ll be back where i started from so i,ll go straight to 4.56.

4.56 will be pretty sucky with 31's, I found it hard work with 32's (to Jambo and back) as even down hills I had to keep my foot on the accelerator, if I let off it slowed down and wouldn't coast down hill at 100kmh. Now with 35's it's brilliant. I'd go 4.11 with 31's or 4.56 with 33's and up.

Cheers
Steve

Have you changed the speedo gear? I didn't as it was only for a month or so, I guess this could contribute as the computer thought the road speed was a lot higher than it was and may have stuffed up the shift points etc. In saying that I still think 4.56's would not be the best suited to 31's if there is a lot of touring involved, around town it would be a beast off the line with the right speedo gear to sort out the shift points though.

Cheers
Steve

I had 4.11's with 32" and I thought it was perfect 2000 @ 100km's. No need for speedo gears as this combo brings it all back to standard
