must be a design flaw.

i too have had to replace my bushings. fortunately i only have them on one end in the upper rear control arms.

Just chop the entire eyelet off and use the generic blue Patrol trailing arm ones, cheaper to buy and work just as well.

I agree their probs not the best but if installed correctly Ie car on the floor when tightened. Im pretty sure they last a fair bit longer. Ive only got rear uppers atm but ill be getting the whole kit more than likely. Mines only a weekend warrior tho. I mailed them and they seemed to think it was only a small batch that flogged out. And the ones they are using now are alot better . But IDK

old news mate been covered here before, I agree with you though mine lasted just 20k before they where stuffed, luckly I didn't stuff the end of the arm(hourglass it), Dave said they fixed the problem,

Time will tell aye, once it's back on the road that is

well a few ppl from jeepforum.com who replaced it with the "new" type had them fail too.

im not sure why RE made the metal inserts 2 piece. i would have preferred to them one piece like all the other brands.
