Does anyone know where I can buy or get someone to make me a rear tire carrier for an arb bar for cheap!

the aev rear bar and carrier are available separately, i reckon you could adapt the aev tyre carrier as its supported by the chassis and swing attached to the rear door.

the arb bar is too thin to attach a tyre carrier, there is no reinforcement, you will have to either have the bar reinforced (pretty difficult considering the construction) or sell it and buy one that has a swingaway option.

Yeah I fully agree thats why i'd suggest checking out the AEV swing arm as it bolts to the chassis and with a lil clearancing should be compatible with the ARB bar

there's also one on ebay currently quite cheap which bolts to the chassis. Modification of the bar would be pretty simple as it won't be carrying any of the structure.

Issue is as soon as you cut a hole in the top of the ARB bar you will make it useless. It will fold and bend very easily. Currently it is OK for moderate protection but is only lightweight it relies on the folds in the sheet to gain rigidity.

Kaymar also make a rear tyre carrier etc.
They advertise heaviliy on Your 4X4.
