Arrow KJBen's Rock Crawler

Hey all a couple of weeks ago i went and bought a Rockfighter 1/10 electric rock crawler to substitute my Jeep since i don't have it at the moment. And ive modifyed it a bit.

- 2.3" tyres with M/T classics and beadlocks.
- Lightbar across the roof.
- Rock lights.
- Full size spare on the back.

Il put pics up when i get other computer back.

I plan on putting a Jeep body on eventually.

So on the weekend i went to test it at a 4wd track and found that the back wheels arent spinning. (Only the front wheels drive), Its ment to be in 4wd fulltime, so i pulled the back diff out and pulled it apart, the motor is good and there are 3 gear cogs and theres no broken teeth. Im thinking maybe the bearings in the diff?

So does anyone know what it might be?

Any input would be great....

Is the pinion on the motor locked in with a grub screw or press fit? I have had both spin.
