Default need help asap plz

Hi everyone,
Will running slightly larger (235 rear vs 225 front) tyres on my cherokee damage it? Its a 97 4.0 auto

depends on the transfer-case type, temporarily and in 2wd you May be ok, not recommended tho

in 2wd it will be fine
dont use 4wd, i assume this is a temp fix?

Thanks for the replies guys,
I live in regional WA, drove three and a half hours to kalgoorlie to get new tyres put on two of my jeep rims i brought with me. I asked for 225's to be put on but ive just noticed once ive gotten home they have put 235son on

As long as it's not full time 4wd It will be fine just keep it in 2wd. If the tyre is the same rolling diameter it doesn't matter either way if it is a little wider. What are the full measurements of both tyres, the 225 is the width the rest of the numbers give the height.

235/75 are higher profile than the stock 225/75. 75 means 75% of the width.

They are 235/75 guys would they go ok in 4x4 on dirt roads? Im a little annoyed. 7hr round trip for nothing it seems. The mrs isnt gonna be happy when i tell her haha
