Default Auto and diff breather questions

Does the XJ auto have a breather? My guess is no because it should vent through the filler but I just want to be ready & sure for when I head in today to get some breather lines for everything else. Second question what can I use to join the lines together into the existing ones?

regards A

Yes it does. Check out Go Jeep's site for details on where they are, and how he recommends you extend them.

Just checked it again and he does not say where breathers begin. I can find all of them except the auto trans breather. Any ideas wher to look.

Kindest regards Anthony

Thanks Dazza I will have a look tomorrow. I have enough hose to do all but the trans breather. So night shift tonight I will be extending the diff and TC breathers and then I will look at the trans one now I know where to look for it.

I have managed to lengthen all except the trans one (I think) which ever the fattest one is. I have run the hose and cut the plastic tip off it and it sitting up the end of the engine ready. I just need a bigger joiner for it and job is done. Pirtek tomorrow morn and I should be all good.
