Bribie Island Tues 20th Dec

Am thinking of making my first trip to Bribie on Tuesday 20th Dec. (my RDO) Will be myself, my wife and my 11yr old son.

Have driven on sand before (a long time ago and never in my TJ) but never Bribie, thought it might be wise to travel with another vehicle(s), check out the place perhaps with someone who is more familiar with it. Low tide is around 11:30 so a handy time.

Might be nice to spend a few hours there, have a picnic, kick a ball around and/or swing a bat etc.

good idea but i will be working so i can't some. it hasn't rained for a while so the sand might still be a bit soft, it was very soft before the rain, causing a lot of people to get stuck. bribie is a pretty easy beach to drive, i suggest going home via the inland track just for a it of fun (quite soft in there). I usually run about 18psi and i don't have any dramas.
