Default How good are DBOR

Spoke to Bill at DBOR a little while ago about setting up our little JK 4dr

managed to locate some springs second hand plus sum front and rear adjustable lower control arms and Bill set me up with a High steer conversion, rear track bar re locator, extended brake lines, rear stabilizer bar drop brackets, fox shocks and other bits and pieces along the way.
Yesterday a good mate and myself installed and fitted all the gear and boy what a difference in the JK it sits better drives magnificently and everything fitted together just like it was ment to.
So not only are their prices for gear exremely competitive their service and advice is second to none

Thanks heaps guys

Jono

funny how these days a business gets praised for doing business, well, how business should be done!

I'd expect nothing less than positive experiences for the business named here.

I showed up at their workshop one lunch time, no prior arrangement made. They were great, friendly & helpful. I only wanted a couple of lift donuts, didnt matter, they spent some time discussing various things, I liked it that if they were unsure about something, there was no BS. They just said so. My questions were about an XJ.
They are a good resource to the members of AJOR, we need to support them.
I could have got the things I wanted for about the same price off ebay, I didnt. As they said to me "If we havent got what you are after, we will get it for you". We all need to give people like them the opportunity to supply what we need. If they are competitive, give them the sale. Their advice is probably worth more than most realize.

I'm been playing with cars since if been 17 and its amazing how poorly customers are treated at retail stores and at workshops
So when I strike a company that goes above and beyond helping their customers I will scream it from the roof tops.

Because unfortunately these guys are the exception not the norm

Try contacting another Victorian supplier of Jeep parts and see what type reception you get when you ask to visit the business or just ask general questions about the operation of various parts and equipment they sell.

The difference is chalk and cheese between the two.

That's my humble opinion anyhow.
