Default 2012 rubie finaly

Hi all, well I finaly picked up my 2012 unlimited rubi today (long story on delevery crap that I wont bore you with)

She is a pentastar with auto and I am glade I waited as its got more grunt than a pig farm
I got ARB front and rear bars and a set of IPF ligts which will come in handy as the standard hibeam is shite (wifes 11 year old camry is beter but they are better than my 1960 and 61 FB and EK but not by much)

Next will be some bits from DBOR, the gobi rack, hot heads hood liner and the weld on rock rails for the rubi rock sliders

No lift for a while as at this stage it will be my wifes DD and my youngest is having trouble getting in

Thanks to all who responded to my stereo question as it turned out no usb or u connect just the very bottom of the range stereo which is BS as I could have optioned up but three different dealers couldn't tell me what it would come with but were happy to take money for an upgrade that I might not need
Strange that my oldest son got a 2011 unlimited sport and only extra he asked for was an ARB bar and his came with usb etc, oh well

anyway the dealer has offered to upgrade the stereo to a touch screen/dvd player but not the top unit for $600 fitted which seems seems reasonable but I want to fit a reverse camera and im not sure of compatability so we'll see

anyway I'll stick up some pics tomorrow

$600 is good but dont shell out much more, the MYGIG is over rated in my opinion!

Have to agree - they are grosly overpriced for what you get, the nav is just ok... the hdd is small, the uconnect struggles with background noise and only a single disc.

At the right price its ok but aftermarket offers better value imho
