Default Respect for others

Hi all was out at glasshouse today on my dirtbike.
on my way home my dragchain fell out of my trailer on the road so i pulled over to go and pick it up,,,just as i whent back 3 4x4ers pulled up picked my chain up and drove of.
I pulled one of them over to ask if thay had picked it up,,his answer was HE DIDNT and drove of.

Do 4x4ers do this often ????
Or do we as 4x4ers respect others ??

Read yesty of a similar instance, where a bloke stopped, recovered a "person" then when bloke was removing the shackle from his 4B, said "person" drove off with his other shackle and his snatchy with a final wave of the single finger salute.
Fair bloody dinkum!! Whats the place coming too.

Glasshouse Mtns, ocean side of highway, Coochin Creek, Hussey Creek,we were regular campers, dirt bike/4WDs until as usual some spoilt it for everyone else. Have had idiots out there, drunk, get stuck, no gear, borrow some of mine, promise to return it,never to be seen again. Same mob, in Patrols with chainsaws cut down green trees [no good for firewood] rubbish everywhere, smashed glass everywhere. Sure enough whole area is now NO CAMPING. They got theirs but, Drunk as, cut down a large tree, fell the wrong way, landed directly across their POP TOP CAMPER and TOTALLY DESTROYED IT!!! We laughed for hours. Of course they left the wreckage out there for someone else to clean up.

I have had a few GMH trips up there now and am absolutely disgusted with the filth and garbage thrown out on the tracks. I carry bags with me and try to pick up as much as I can with other drivers. We cannot get it all but we take a hell of a lot out with us. Hopwever the fridges and washing machines. etc need trucks not fourbys.

If it keeps going we will be cut out from a lot more places.

4wd action is right on top of this type of filth and asking us all to do the same. Pick up crap and help out.

Because of bloody low lifes who don't care about our bush.

Also makes you wonder who to help out or not.

I have been with the Patrol boys ( not green tree cutters. Never cut a tree yet) and we have had no problems. We stick together such as us on here.
