Over the last few days have had the water in fuel warning light come on in my CRD. Doesnt stay on but want to get on top of it now before anything major. Have checked the every helpful manual which suggests booking it in for a service to resolve.
Is there anything I can check / do myself without having to go to the dealer?
I would isolate that senzor!!!
I replaced mine fuel filter and each time I dive in a smallest water on the road it comes on my dash; after 5 min or so dissapears. This is one of many stupid senzors on the Jk! Been driven my jk 110.000 km in the last 3 years and this Suv Thing senzor aside other chime "lover" senzors I personally would kill!
