Default some sort of leak

Can anyone help me?

I have just noticed a leak on the drivers side very close to the radiator. I dont think it is the rad as it doesnt seem to have lost any fluid and the leak seems to be a bit oily. its very wet on the end of the steering wheel shaft. power steering fluid??

Engine oil?
Transmission oil?

99% sure it would be transmission oil roughly just above the radiator drainage tap there
is 2 hoses connected to your radiator with brass fittings ( transmission cooler ) i had to take out the battery and tray to get in there to get too mine. also in some cases the leak looks a dirty brown colour might need a trans fluid change also. worst case there maybe a crack in the plastic tank. clean area and check.
