The jeep action magazines CAMP COFFS will now be held on the 3rd till 8th october 2013 ( for subscribers )
THE NEW LOCATION : nana glen equestrian centre

The change of date is because the coffs jeepers has a club run to the moab easter jeep safari utah USA

I dont think you' ll ever be happy with the location glend

That's just rubbish, I did attend with the other SJC people, and camped at the Showground the first year it was held there. Not much sleep though with the heavy trucks running their exhaust brakes all night long on the Pacific Highway less than 100 metres away from where we were camped.
I made it very clear to Michael (when I cancelled my subscription to Jeep Action) that I would not be coming back until they moved it out of the city.

Michael advised me that they were going to continue to hold it at the Showground for the convienience of the Coffs people that run the event and so that partners and kids could go shopping, buy take away, and have 'other' things to do. Michael made the call to make that the home on a permanent basis, knowing that some people would not come back - and he didn't seem to care about that at the time.

Mitch knows very well what the issues are, because he was there that year camped next to me, which is probably why he started this thread up, and that many people stay away because of the Showground location.

I have camped at every Jambo location and never complained once about them, but I am not going to camp in the COffs Harbour CBD - Ever.
