Default NRMA Road Side Assist - God send!!!!

This morning I stopped to get a coffee about 300m from work as I was early.
Got back to the & all I got was CLICK.(that teach me to run early).

With a quick push & a down hill run had enough momentum to roll into work.
Smart phone app called the NRMA 25min later they had determined the starter motor has gone. SH@T, SH@T, SH@T!!!!
Then he tells me they have another section that will come to me & change it $317 inclusive & will be here with in 90mins.

Lets see if they as good as their word.

Was is blown or just a loose connection? I was up on Fraser and had a great day doing some of the inland tracks when I found my starter refused to turn over. So I did a roll start and booked myself on the first ferry home the next morning figuring I would buy a replacement from REPCO. Since I had to camp for the night and I was bored I thought I might give it a shot at a refurb during the night. Jumped under the jeep and gave everything a shake. Low an behold the main feed wire was loose. I tightened it up and no problem. I felt like a right clown for not doing my standard diagnostic in the first place but I have to admit I got lazy. Moral to the story, back yourself and give it a go. If it is blown you can't do any more damage.
