Default Scumbags

Well I suppose it was going to happen sooner or later, some scumbag just broke Ito the jeep last night took my work bag with 8k of computer gear, my gps, Milwaukee rattle gun, and a heap of other shit, so not happy. I track my iPad and go and see Canberra Feds and they tell me Thayer not going to do anything, so looks like the same old story, gotta rely on training.

While I feel for you, I still can't believe people leave stuff in their vehicles.

X2.....insurance would cover the financial loss, however it is the feeling of violation that hurts the most ?

No good mate. Expensive lesson to learn, but we cannot leave any expensive belongings in our vehicles. On the plus side, your insurance should cover everything that was stolen and at least they didn't pinch your JK and burn it out.

I have to ask though, why would Federal Police bother with a theft from motor vehicle offence?

Yeah insurance should cover everything , shouldn't have left anything in there but as far as I'm concerned its not a matter of me learning not to leave things in my jeep but educating people of the repercussions of touching that which does not belong to them . I'm an easy going bloke with a very specific skillset.
