Default Grinding noise when hard turning

Yesterday I noticed that when I take a hard right turn accelerating from a stop on my 2001 Wrangler, there is a fairly loud grinding noise coming from around the drivers side wheel area. I havent noticed this sound when I turn going any faster. Only when I'm trying to turn the car around in a tight street etc. What should I be looking at to diagnose the problem?

i had a look under the car and everything seems to be intact. How would I go about checking each of these one by one?

Hoist is easier but jack the front diff up, transfer in N. Turn wheel one way and spin the tyre to see if you can replicate the noise. Turn other way and repeat. Then do the other side.

Also grab the wheel and rock side to side horizontally and vertically. If its wheel bearings then you will see movement when doing this. If its unijoints then when wheels are straight ahead and tyre is spun you may find no noise or grinding but when on full lock you will hear or feel it. You should hear if the brakes are grabbing. Check to see if you have even wear on the pads (will need to remove the wheels)

When working under the car make sure you use axle stands and dont rely on a jack. They hurt when that land on you.

Safely park the car and have one of your friends turn the wheel full-lock each way. While they are doing that take a look towards the knuckle or steering arm. If its making a grinding noise while driving, I'm sure there will be marks or signs of rubbing some where. goodluck
