Default So many problems

Where to start???
My 1999 TJ is having so many problems I don't know where to begin.. But here it goes, if anyone can help me isolate even one problem I'll be much better off..
1. Although coil suspension rigs are not suppose to experience axle wrap, mine does.. When shifting into 1st and letting go of the clutch, the rear diff turns up, when doing the same in reverse the diff points down.. I'm not talking a little wiggle, but about 30-40 degrees of rotation.
2. When looking at it earlier, I also noticed that the rear driveshaft is not centered with the rear diff. The CVs help get it where it needs to go, but there is about 2 inches difference between the slip yoke and pinion.
3. 2nd gear is sometimes not available, I go to throw it into 2nd and it just physically wont go.. I'm thinking the transmission/transfer case shifted left, which would also explain #2 above, but I can't see how that would happen. The transmission mount (4 studs through the skid plate) is still tight and wouldn't seem to allow sideways movement, only forward/backward adjustment.
4. Also got a bad case of torque steer, pulling left upon hitting the gas and right when letting off...
5. Pulls pretty hard to the left. Even tried driving on the right side to see if it was just road crown, but it still wanted to go left..

About my rig, I just put in a 4" Zone short-arm lift from the states, so all the control arm bushings should be okay. (Problems 1, 2, 4 and mostly likely even 3 were there before the lift). It seems to have had a 4" lift before, but all the parts were mix-matched and I didn't like not knowing exactly what I had.. The adj. trackbars were customed built by a PO and seem to be in good shape. I centered the axles after lift and did a quick alignment afterwards..

Sure could use some help sorting this out.. In fact, if there's anyone here in the Alice that could help, that would be awesome!

1.replace uni joints in your drive shafts.
2. space down your transfer case or slip yoke eliminator and new rear shaft.
3. replace engine mounts
4. take two asprin, and talk to us in the morning

Which problem might the uni's correct? Are you think the motor mounts are causing the drive line to shift?
I installed the t-case drop kit when I put the lift in, but am considering the SYE. I know the SYE install is beyond my ability and I'm not sure any garage here in Alice would try it.. I'll start asking around.

You can't run a 4" lift without a SYE ...........you just can't

Ok, the SYE would decrease/eliminate the vibrations but what might be causing the axle wrap or torque steer?

How do you know the axle wraps?.... do you have to have your head under the car and get someone to pop the clutch?.... surely it can only be control arm bushes or something else very obviously broken.
