Default Interior question

Will the interior out of a 2000 XJ Cherokee fit into a 1996 model?

Some parts will fit straight in as undecided mentioned such as the seats, the doo trims will be difficult due to the different mountins for the door handles but doable, the dash will be a massive job IMHO but again doable but you need to ask yourself if it is worth the effort as it will be a huge job.....

Do the windows fit the older model door frames? I don't like having none opening quarter vents (seems very pointless), so would like to swap in later model windows and runners.

The seats will fit in a 95 onwards but not the 94 so basically if it has an airbag you're ok.

As for the front windows they can be made to fit but it is not straight forward, I am in the process (albeit very slowly) of doing this mod to mine, once complete I will do a write up on what's involved....
