Default J300: Operation Desert Storm (Restoration and build)

So the mighty XJ is on the shelf to make way for some serious firepower

Needs a bit of TLC

And some Horsepower

And some body filler...

More to come...

Good to see.
Wooders is a good source of knowledge and bits.
Also get on www.IFSJA.com
BJ's Offroad is also a good site to source bits like weather strips, trim parts etc.

So, 360 and auto?

Thanks mate!

I was dreading finding weather strips...
I wanted a 360, but they're a bit hard to come by (I know they surface every once and a while) I've got a donor truck lined up (The one i was asking you about) It's got the box and tranny i want... The previous restorer fabricated the mounts for a 351C, but I'm still tossing between the two.

Auto I'd prefer, but if the granny first is granny enough, I'll be happy
