Default Another DW cry for help !

I'm after your experience and help to get to the bottom of my Death Wobble problems please. I have a 2010 JK Diesel Auto Unlimited and I'm working with some pro's on this but hope to get some ideas from the AJOR community.

What has happened so far...
First had a DW event at 20,000 k's on the clock, 100% stock vehicle. Jeep replaced the steering damper and it didn't re-occur until a 2" lift at 40,000 k's..
I replaced the ball joints under advisement and this seemed to work for a couple of months but I recently did a trip from Melb to Sydney on the Pacific Hwy to find that cornering at 100kph and pot holes caused huge DW events ! Sphincter exercises !
When in Sydney, we (Thanks Dave) found about 8mm play at either end of the trackbar. Put in adjustable trackbar, 5/8's bolts, etc.. Nice job...
Rotated tyres front to back also.. Still have problem but more 'controlled' not as violent.
Back to Melbourne and put in adjustable lower control arms at DBOR, initially set Caster to 7-8 degrees, then had proper alignment to set Caster @ 4 degrees but problem still persists. (Toe-in is about 1 degree)
Have checked all tie rods, bushes etc.. BTW, I'm still running stock factory tyres with about 40% tread left and they have been balanced to 0/0 on a well calibrated machine.

Any ideas what to try next ?

I want to get it fixed and just go camping / fishing in the end. Most of the work done so far had to be done due to clapped out components etc, but want to carefully consider my next move and the costs, so any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Rob.

What balljoints did you put in? Have you tried a different set of tyres?

98% of DW is track bar related, check those bolts are tight have someone sit in your jeep move the steering wheel back and forward and watch both ends of the track bar to see if its moving.

A heavy duty trackbar is required if running larger tyres as the factory one is just to small, the steering stabiliser won't fix the problem only mask DW, so once again double check that track bar.

I run a 3" lift and 35's and to be honest I have found the factory panhard to be one of the best as the bushes are good quality, I have run after market and it was the cause of my DW so don't agree on that point.
One of the best mods I have done which fixed my DW was LCA drop brackets and never had it since. I agree the panhard is a major player in DW and any movement here can trigger it BUT with LCA drop brackets I tested it with a loose panhard and I could not get DW so LCA angle is an important factor in curing it on the JK.
For reference in run a high steer kit with poly tie rod and poly drag link flip, poly steering stabiliser, poly LCA and still got DW but not as severe and took a bigger bump to bring it on but put in LCA drop brackets and nearly 2 years later no DW and not even a shimmy and I run the factory panhard

Couple of vids to look at the first is a view of faulty TB the second for wranglertj is a good explanation on the effects of big wheels on standard TB.. Enjoy
