Telegherry, Frying Pan and Coachwood are all fairly big areas and the toilets have just been revamped at both I'm pretty sure, both next to Telegherry river.
Telegherry was closed last time I was up that way, maybe a month ago, so might pay to check with NSW parks and wild life (Gloucester 02 65385300). It's a stones throw from the other two even if it's still closed.
These three are one the Dungog side of the park, as well as Lady's Wells however Lady's Wells can be very crowded in peak season.
On the northern or Gloucester side of the park; there are plenty of other popular areas that I'm not overly familiar with, Polblue camping area, Devils Hole bush camp ect ect.
4x4ing up that way can be tricky as alot of tracks are generally not sign posted and tend to be over grown from lack of use, which I'm single handedly trying to rectify

But if you just follow your nose and have recovery gear and are with other vehicles you should be right. You'll find most tracks will dart off the edges of the main roads and some will even look to be only wide enough for bikes but open up further in...
You can get Hema maps of the entire area off eBay if you search Barrington Tops, about $10. They aren't super accurate, some tracks they show aren't actually there anymore but it's a good rough guide...
