Default Old Man Emu 4" lift

Just looking to lift my 2013 JKU. I have been looking at the 2.5 AEV lift, but found the 4" OME lift for a good price.
Has any one got this lift on their JK?

Thanks
Sam

Stick with the AEV lift, cant go wrong. The kits are complete to get all your std angles back.
OME lift is half assed at that height & could open a can of worms. Including death wobble!!

Not to mention the engineer certification costs. You'd probably want 37" plus tyres so there's another $4000. Add to that replacing all your running gear.

Adds up.

Theres nothing wrong with brand itself. i've had a 2" OME lift in the past & running the nitro sport shocks was one of the best rides i've ever had. That lift gave me nearly 4" lift anyway. BUT its the changing of the angles. I then forked out for adjustable lower control arms, brake line extension brackets, diff breathers extended, track bar relocations to get all your angles back front & rear. the list goes on... Im not exactly sure what the OME kit includes @ 4", but the 2.5" AEV kit covers everything from memory.

I just removed all the OME 2" components the PO had installed, to replace with other stuff...

Much nicer ride now!

Default Old Man Emu 4" lift

Thanks Tonka seems like a bit of a pit the 2" to get it right. Was trying to keep my options open. The AEV 2.5 would be ideal for what I want to do but the 4" ome I could get for a really good price but it doesn't seem the smart way to go and also over kill for my off-roading.

What are you replacing the OME 2" components with Banshee?
