Does anyone know this Overland?

hey guys iv been thinking of getting a WG-GC and thinking i like the extras of the overlands.

i read through the WJ-WG buying sticky and got the basics of things to check like the diff whir, radiator, cv's heater core etc...

i just wanted to know if there was anything else to watch out for and more importantly if anyone on the forum is familiar with the overland in particular and weather or not its been used and abused or meticulously looked after and religiously maintained?

At least looking at the lack of any decent lift and those side steps it doesn't look like it's been an offroad beast.

Try and get the service history on it. I got stung when I bought mine. As immaculate as the outside was, obviously the service history left a little to be desired as it developed an engine rattle 2 months after I bought it, and ended up being the timing chain guides in the v8. Whilst that's not something you can check whilst inspecting a vehicle, at least with service history, you know how it has been maintained

thanks guys i assumed it hasn't done any heavy wheeling as stated the side steps, however the balled micky-T AT's are slightly worrying.

service history sound like the go.

Are they balled just because they are getting to the end of their life as a highway hauler or are they torn and shredded to buggery from spinning up on rock ledges.
