Take the panels off. Dry everything...like with a hairdrier, so its completely dry.....
coat the sealing areas carefully with cornflour, or similar.
refit the tops, clamp and tighten them down. Rain some water down on your roof with a hose set to rain drop size....spray in the air and let it fall on the roof.
After a while, stop and chamois down the roof to remove loose water drops.
Carefully remove the tops and inspect the cornflour (powdered chalk dust works well too).....look for wet sections of the dust extending across the sealing areas - should indicate the leaking area.
Used to use a similar procedure for chasing pressurisation leaks on aircraft door seals.
