Probably wont start because of P1685-Skim Invalid Key.
The engine controller has received an invalid key from the SKIM.
Key is not programed to that jeep. Need a dealer to program the key or a new key.

Off whom did you buy the car, it was there's to sell wasn't it?

Other codes should be able to be cleared after you fit a new battery

P0190-Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit

P0700-Check Transmission DTC's

P1511-BATTERY SENSE LINE 1 VOLTAGE TOO LOW

I think Clarky has nailed it, I'd try a battery charge first before buying a new one.

If the key is talking the wrong language the engine won't start, run for 2 sec then shut down. Need to dealer to programme key and hope it's the key not some other part of the security chain.
