Default Front diff ticking noise

Hi all. Just wondering what I should look for. Heard a loud ticking noise coming from the front passenger hub when 4 wd engaged Don't know whether it's uni joints, ball joints or ? Car has done 80000 kms and none of the above has been touched. Should I replace all as I want to sleeve the diff as well

ball joint noise should not be effected by engaging 4WD. Take the wheel off & have a look. You can easily see uni problems by turning the hub back & forward.

Sounds like a axle joint.
In park ... Grab the front tire and rock it back and forth. Wrap your hand around the joint/caps and feel for play.
You can try using a small pry bar as well.
