Mahindra and CJ3b etc

Gday peoples,

Just being inquisitive here. I maaay be looking at a Mahindra for my daughter, as her first car. She really wants a GPW or MB, but I for one can't afford that....
Does anyone know if the front sheet metal from a CJ2/3 will fit the Mahindra ??? The Mahindra guards and windscreen are 'how do you do!!!'.
Otherwise, it's not a bad little beastie. Diesel and all. Would be a good first car I think...

What about a Rocsta? they are basically Korean Mazda, same as ford as well.

Nah, I nearly had her sold on a later model Mitsubishi Jeep J54. She was a little worried about the triple diamond on the grill.

I'm glad I didn't tell her about the Mahindra. It's gone already. A 91 model, project ready, $200 neg. Was on gumtree, near Toowoomba. I emailed it too the misses to get her thoughts, and it popped up no longer available... Oh well...
The little lady is only 14, so we have a ways to go until she needs the Jeep. Wouldn't mind a bit of breathing space to get it up and running though. Things are slow in the bush. Slower on the pension!!
