Dude - you're looking at arms, etc, to do 4".... Pretty big dollars and lots of work. It isn't like chucking springs and shocks into a Patrol, unfortunately.
You'll need much more than shocks and springs for 3.5"+ lifts.
If you want to get all those individual pieces yourself, you can take a look at what's included with those lift kits available. But you better know what you are doing and what you are looking for before going down this path. That's some serious big money you are spending.
I would budget for at least 4k -6k unless you pick up stuff second hand. But be prepared to replace tie rod ends, bushings etc etc which then makes new the cheaper option.
