Default AC not working

Working through why my AC isnt working. I have come to the conclusion that I think the AC Compressor clutch isnt engaging as it isnt tuning with AC turned on.

Couple of questions

Where the hell is the relay for the compressor, this ref doesn't show one..

http://www.wk2jeeps.com/Misc/Fuses_2011_2013_wk.pdf

Separately I will be replacing my blower motor as the bearing is making more and more noise..

thanks

watch the belt/clutch for a while and see if the compressor kicks in and out if not stick a pen or phillips into the low pressure side of the ac valve ( whilst wearing safety glasses ) and see what comes out, screwdriver should be wet if its just air pressure then your gas has gone somewhere

from there you can usually judge where/what to look at next

good luck

That is a terrible way to check and not to mention illegal and bad for the environment. Easy way to see if compressor is working is:
a:Set temp to lowest setting
b: touch the big pipe coming out of (actually in) of the compressor which is the suction line. If it is cold, compressor is working. If it is ambient temp then either compressor is not working or you are short of gas. If it's cold, then you have an airflow issue from the blower motor or filter blocked; or
c: while you are under the bonnet, get someone to change the mode between and cool and heat or change the temp up and down from highest set point to lowest. You will see/hear if the clutch engages.

Sorry can't help you find where the relay is as don't have access to GC at the moment

I can see that the compressor isn't engaging so, I assume its either an electrical issue or pressure. Pressure would require a specialist to assess.

Was hoping to work through the electrical analysis first.
