Attached is couple photos how I did mine, three years ago. The engine cover will need cutting to accommodate the new hose.
The exit of the provent filter I have taken to atmosphere and piped the exhaust to the rear diff.
The crankcase breather entry to the turbine inlet I have blanked off.

The only air the motor receives thru the turbine is via the air filter.
The crankcase fume and oil vapour is filtered thru the provent and collected the only vapour / smoke going to atmosphere is what the provent does not collect.

I am confident my inlet manifolds will never clog up.

be careful, i'm pretty sure venting the ccv to the atmosphere is illegal, thats the reason it's plumbed back in.

i run my provent in the same spot as hotqld but plumbed back into the original spot i have taken the hose off to check and its perfectly clean. i will take some pics and post it up later.

I agree 07commander I'm pretty sure it's illegal, I plumbed back in and the elephant tube is clean where it goes back in, no oil in the throat of the turbo. I drain the oil every few weeks particularly if I've been doing a bit of towing, I ran the tube down to the chassis and have a tap attached

Yes is illegal and does puff out a fair bit of smoke at times.
Mine is plumbed back but have a mate with a Commander and his just puffs out smoke under his Jeep.

When I 1st set up the provent filter I had a leak on the tube on the exit.
Attached is a photo of the amount of oil in under 4000klm that the provent did not collect. I don't think looking in the exit hose of the provent filter for oil is a valid test on the effency of the provent.
Sure a little smoke exits from under the car, coppers have looked and I reckon they think....its a jeep thing.
When I sell I will put back to original.

I have Auto enginuity and the dealers have scanned for all codes there is no fault code produced by blocking the crankcase breather where it enters the turbo.

Attached photo of tinnie, I think improves the air flows when towing a high caravan.
