The simple answer is yes BUT.
Its a prick of a job fitting the new springs to the strut. Save yourself time & money & get new struts as well.
If its an affordability thing just get some top or bottom spacers, when you eventually get around to fitting all new suspension I guarantee you will be able to sell the spacers here.
If I was going to do my lift again I would use adjustable coilovers. There are several kits available from King, Fox & Icon. Bit $$ but you pay for what you get.
