Default 3" Teraflex build HELP

Looking at the difference in purchasing an AEV 3.5" kit or building a teraflex 3".

SBR offroad sells the complete kit for the aev but only the 'base lift kit' for the teraflex.

the aev kit is a little out of my price range so i was wondering if anyone could check out the link below and let me know what shocks and other components i should buy to go with the teraflex kit for offroad use. This will be my first experience lifitng a vehicle so dont want to screw anything up

Many thanks

SBR are fantastic people to deal with. Talk to them about what you want and they will go out of their way to help you out. If they don't have it in stock, they will know where to get it.

Have to disagree with the above comment, not had good dealings with SBR myself, guy is dogmatic and if you return a faulty item be prepared to lose out on what you have spent.

As for Teraflex vs AEV, have not had a lot of experience with AEV gear so can't give you much guidance there, but when it comes to Terra flex I have had plenty and they are basically on par with ARB, that is to say they are SH!T quality products with a high-quality price tag and spend lots of money on advertising how good they are in order to out shout the people complaining about problems.

I've bought quite a bit of stuff from SBR and it's been delivered quickly and with very reasonable freight costs. And when one of the welds on my rear track bar bracket started to crack they were very good about it. They had none in stock but got straight on to Teraflex who expressed one from the States and it was on my doorstep in under 2 weeks.
I guess everyone's experience is different but I can't recommend SBR or Teraflex highly enough for the way they handled it.

Every aftermarket seller in Australia does that no matter what brand car. It can be frustrating but it's the nature of the business.
