Default Windscreen washers

Picked up my new diesel Laredo last week and tried to use the windscreen washers today. The wipers worked but not the washers - front or rear. I cant hear any pump sounds either. Dealer is an hour away so I would like to fix it myself if possible. Wondering if a wire has been dislodged when the skid plates and Bullbar were fitted but I don't know where to look.
Any suggestions?

First check there is water in the bottle, the washer bottle is behind the passenger headlight, and has 3 pumps, front screen, rear screen and headlights
There is no need to unplug any of these to fit skid plates or bull bar but worth checking, also check your fuses

Fluids -full, headlight washer working, but front and rear not pumping at all(Making no noises). The vehicle is less than a week old and the washers never used. Can't work out which fuses to check. Have got it booked in next week, but would rather avoid the hassle.

After 2 days at the dealers, they finally worked out that it is a faulty body control module. They need it for another week! Pretty poor considering the car is only 3 weeks old!

Angry Have I bought a dud?

Having been told that my windscreen washer problem was a faulty body control module and that the part was ordered from the eastern states last week and that it would be fitted this week, I have now been informed that the BCM has to be sent from the US. The ETA is the 18th Jan! Assuming that this is right, and allowing for a couple of days for fitting, testing and installation of the reverse camera, I would have owned the vehicle for 6 weeks and driven it for only 2! I would like to know whose spleen to remove!

Update: Service centre poached a BCM from another GC (with Jeep Aus approval) and found the fault remained! They then took a closer look at the ECB bullbar and found issues with the wiring connector which was stuffing up signals to the BCM. They re did the connector and installed the reverse camera and I pick ut up today.😁
