Default Rear end thumping under hard acceleration while towing

Hi all my first post here. Thanks in advance.
Have 2015 JGC Overland (V6 diesel) 75000km. We have just completed an extensive WA trip towing a 3.2t caravan. At the trips end she developed a loud thumping banging noise in the rear end (under rear passenger seats) when pulling really hard. Sounds as if the rear diff is about to shake lose. Stops when I ease off the power. Had the rear tail-shaft and support bearing replaced under warranty once home. Still does it and its ripping up the drive shaft support bearing rubber again. Going in again tomorrow as it has the local Jeep guys stumped. Does not do it without the caravan load. No grinding or diff whining or unusual sounds just loud thumping with vibrations when loaded up.
Its going to be trial and error but they will fully check all the shafts CVs etc.
Anyone seen this?
Cheers
John

Fixed: fingers crossed.
Number 3 REAR drive shaft installed! The front CV joint was bad on the original and the new replacement which came from the USA. The front CV jams up and the driveshaft thrashes around and takes out the support bearing. Makes a hell of a noise when she's loaded up pulling the caravan. Our local Jeep people have been fantastic. Found many comments about the front driveshaft CV's but nothing about the rear ones. Anyone had a similar situation?

There's a bad batch of WK2 rear driveshaft's out! Id like an after market single piece shaft but nothing in Australia. In the USA they make fancy single piece shaft's for the SRT dragsters! Any comments please as we are stuck not being able to tow the caravan.

Surely there some local driveshaft people/engineers who would probably be able to rebuild your original or make one up from scratch. Jeep can't be the only ones with totally unique "stuff" that can't be duplicated!!

peabody 33, I contacted PVR in Geelong as I thought they would be the guys who could help you, but you had obviously already done that. They have been great with drivetrain work on both mine and my son's vehicles over the years.
Hope you got sorted.
