It won't require any other mods other than installing your springs/shocks. Also got for the new OME shocks, the ones with the black shield, they're better than the originals IMO.
You can do an adjustable track bar but strictly speaking, this isn't 100% required.
I'd be inclined to replace the spring isolators while you're there, it will give you more lift in the process. Don't be surprised if you introduce death wobble once the new springs are in. If the suspension bushes are old you're likely to see some problems that you'll need to address.
When you replace the springs, make sure you loosen the trailing/leading arm bolts beforehand, then tighten them back up once the new springs are in. This should help minimise issues with bushes.
BTW, you'll have no problems towing.
