Default Front lower control arm ball joints

I'm getting an intermittent clunk on initial braking, coming from the front right.
Nothing appears to be lose, sway bar rubbers and links still appear ok.
The lower control arm ball joint is the only thing that looks a bit odd, with some grease marking on the rubber.

Anyone had to replace these yet?
Are they press in?
Did you go with greaseable MOOGs, or just a standard unit.

Pretty sure the greasable Moogs are metal to metal .ball and socket ,seem to give harsher ride. Most OEs have a nylon insert to dampen this harshness.

Default WK2 Ball Joints

Hey all, refreshing this thread and need to ask for some opinions/experience.

Has anyone had experience with replacing the ball joints in a 2014 WK2? The service manual says they are not replaceable in one section, but in another section gives instructions on pressing a new ball joint into the knuckle?? Specifically looking at front upper and lower.

Have a 2-2.25 inch lift and the upper control arm bushes are shot, just trying to work out if i replace ball joints at same time, if not then wait till they seem bad and replace the upper control arms??

thanks

It's not just the GST but import duties and taxes have risen also. I bought some parts from US for my mustang I building recently and just over $1000 worth of goods had $180 in import taxes and handling on top of the GST.

Summit does have very reasonable shipping prices though. So does JEGs.
