Plenty of videos on you tube of them being done.... personally I think it’s a lot of weight for the stock brackets and plastic moulding to hold.. and if it get damaged off-road as mine did it might be a waste of money and effort trying to get it all done..

Have you thought of other options like the front runner water tanks that go behind the seats or in the foot well of the rear? You could also mock up a tank out of a water Jerry or an old fire extinguisher and mount it under the car next to fuel tank...

Thank jeep'ers I did not think much about weight on stock brackets and very good point.Have been looking at foot wells though. Was thinking more about having bumper empty where I would be more likely to be weighed so not having extra tank added to overall weight. But again good point about stock brackets .All YouTube's on water bumper I found were US so the best glue in australia was reason for post originally.
My apologies for this been a new post was meant to be added to existing thread on rear bumpers .You know more not used to all this.Kind regards

All good mate, another expensive option is to go with an AEV rear bar or AEV knock off bar which have water tanks built in...

You could also try a large water bladder and put it in the empty space in the boot of the car...
